Meet the Founder
Cecil L. Jones Jr.
Luxe Lyceum was founded by Cecil L. Jones Jr., a Marine veteran, entrepreneur, builder, teacher, husband, father, and legacy architect who turned adversity into doctrine, pain into purpose, and hard-won life lessons into a system for intentional freedom.
Cecil is the author of The War Is Over™, the transformational doctrine behind Luxe Lyceum. His work teaches people how to end the internal war with fear, drift, shame, procrastination, and survival-mode living — then rebuild life through purpose, ownership, leverage, faith, discipline, and implementation.
The War Is Over™ is not theory. It came from lived experience: surviving childhood pain, rebuilding after setbacks, fighting through fear, facing mortality, and choosing to build an amazing life on purpose instead of living by accident.
Cecil's core message is simple:
